Set List
Rock On~

The gig was a success!!
Even though it was a week night, and the show was running late
on schedule, lots of people stayed till the end, and many came
just to see us play. Thank you very much!!
I hope you enjoyed your night!!
I had a great time!!
The hot bright lighting from behind, everyone's smile, to perform my
own original songs, to enjoy music with everyone... priceless.
Thanks to Tetuya (guitarist) for the great opportunity!
Let's do another gig soon!!!
Lots of my friends came to support me on the night. People from my
agency, my guardian, my musical arranger, my friends in Tokyo,
my friends back from Australia who are working in Japan, and
a friend of mine from Australia who's having a holiday in tokyo.
Thanks for coming guys!!
This gig was my very first gig in Japan, performing my original tunes
at a proper live music venue. At first, I wasn't sure how many people
would turn up to my first gig, but 20 of my friends turned up!
There were more than 50 people in the audience.
I was so touched when they all cheered on as we walked on stage.
I wasn't nervous about my playing, but I was a little nervous when
talking on the mic to the audience. I haven't actually done it before...
but the more I talked, the more everyone listened with a smile on their
faces, and my nervous feeling just disappeared.
We performed 2 songs of Tetuya's originals, and 3 songs of my originals.
Everyone loved Tetuya's "sakura iro" and my "vivaldi's Summer-
Rock version".
After the gig, lots of people came and talked to me at the stage.
There were so many people, so I didn't get a chance to talk to
everyone, but please come and talk to me next time!
Last night, my guardian and my agency organised a farewell party
for me. It's not really a farewell, it's more like support katei party.
I'm heading back to Australia on the 1st of Dec. Just for a little while.
But will be heading back to Japan very soon.
The party was at that Shell restaurant in Tukiji, where we went last time.
It's a small restaurant but lots of people came!
We also played our instruments and jammed all night!
Great food and great music goes hand in hand!!
The owner's kids were there helping out.
There were about 7 of them, all around junior high school.
They were all very interested in my violin playing!
Asked me lots of questions and requested many songs.
They all looked so happy and surprised when I could play all their
requested songs!
I even got asked to give them all autographs! haha
The owner even stuck my poster/flyer all along the walls of the
restaurant!
Thanks very much!
When I'm back in town, I'll visit again!!!
I'll be heading back to Australia soon, but I'll be back in Japan very
soon after that.
So please keep checking out my blog and continue on supporting
me and my music life.
Rock On~
